An experienced people scientist and CEO of CultureC Consulting, with over 15 years of experience helping organizations build human-focused cultures that drive engagement and success. As founder and principal consultant, he designs tailored employee listening programs, translates insights into action, and aligns leadership to improve performance, retention, and culture health. Previously a Lead People Scientist at Culture Amp, Craig advised global clients and grew the Culture First community. He holds an M.A. in industrial-organizational psychology, serves as a graduate teaching fellow at Harvard University in Motivation and Groups & Culture, and partners with executives to turn data into sustainable, people-centred change.

A former leader at Hay Group, International Survey Research, and Culture Amp, Will is known for his ability to build trust with executives and translate insight into action that shapes culture and performance.
