Getting HR in Shape for 2026

Empowering Leaders, Anchoring on Listening, and Using Technology with Intention

As 2026 gets started, CultureC is back with our monthly webinar series and I wanted to personally invite you to our first conversation of the year. This session is designed for lean HR and People teams who are being asked to support more change, enable more leaders, and operate with less margin for error.

Rather than a presentation or a slide-heavy webinar, this will be a live, interactive conversation focused on a few high-leverage themes for the year ahead, including:

• How HR teams can better equip leaders and managers to carry more of the culture load
• Why employee listening becomes an anchor during periods of change
• And how HR teams can use technology intentionally to create focus, not more noise

We’ll open the session with a short, interactive experience using Znario’s technology to put everyone into a real leadership scenario. The goal is to show how technology and AI-enabled tools can help managers and leaders have stronger, more consistent conversations at scale, while still keeping the human at the center. We’ll use what surfaces live in the room as fuel for the conversation.
