This session, Getting HR in Shape for 2026, is designed for lean HR and People teams who are navigating more change, more expectations, and more complexity than ever before. My goal is for this to feel less like a webinar and more like a thoughtful, practical conversation that helps you step back and focus on what actually matters heading into the year.

We’ll be exploring:

• How to better equip leaders and managers to carry more of the culture load

• Why employee listening becomes an anchor during periods of change

• And how HR teams can use technology intentionally to create focus, not more noise

We’ll also open with a short, live interactive experience using Znario’s technology to put everyone into a real leadership scenario and use what surfaces to guide the conversation.
